Location is good. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

I received a call the day before check-in. When asked, I said I wanted a room on the first floor and needed glasses/cups. The desk clerk apparently didn't receive that info and didn't even know her hotel. She assigned us a room that was supposedly on the first floor. We couldn't find it. It was on the second floor. There are no elevators!!! I'm somewhat handicapped and can't really do stairs. She gave us a room downstairs. No coffee pot and no glasses or cups. Had to go back to the lobby to get them. No Contiental breakfast as advertised. Shabby furniture. No place to sit and read. The only chair was stuffed in the "closet" area.

I liked the location and how it was very easy to get around in the area.

The staff was excellent with the exception of one who made the last day of the stay uncomfortable. Reported to GM that smoking in room GM came unannounced "room inspection." ???

The location is excellent for the price, and the people who worked there were so lovely. It's not far from Old Town or downtown Scottsdale, and it's close to the botanical gardens and great restaurants. For the price and quality of staff, I'd really consider coming here again.

The rooms are small (we did get the smallest one after all), but it's not a down side since the space was utilized wonderfully with shelves in places there could be.

Great location, cozy and clean apartment for good value of money. We did stay only for 2 nights but wish could stay longer.

We did enjoy our stay and there is almost nothing to add. Possibly could be some cutlery included to the apartment so no need to go and ask all the items you need for cooking. Otherwise everything is available at the reception for no extra cost.

Rooms dated and cramped. No Ice machine for guests. You could make ice cubes but that does y help much of you wanted ice upon check in. Breakfast was a joke. Out of coffee. Everything processed. No doors on kitchen sink area. No light over stove.
