Sheraton Dallas Hotel

The location was great! Easy to get around.

Didn’t like all the bugs in our roomEvery night we spent killing bugs on the highest floor. Had to request for roomCleaning 2x in one day as we didn’t want it daily but when we did want it we called the night before and the staff didn’t seem to inform the cleaning crew. The staff didn’t seem to care about bug infestation. Seems to be an issue for a hotel that pricy I would think you would want your staff to clean better or figure out a solution.

The location was great

There were no vending machines. Also, didn't like that there wasn't any sort of 24 hour service, market, etc to utilize on the property.

The staff was outstanding. Every single employee was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to solve any problem and to offer ongoing assistance. My only complaint was that the conference rooms were really really cold! So much so that attendees were buying blankets. Other than that, it was probably the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.

Just the temperature control.

Had to walk a lot, though that was not much of a deal.

Clean, classy, spacious, quiet rooms

Washing machine room vending machine takes cash only for laundry powder.

The location was perfect. It was my birthday and anniversary so Erwin gave us the perfect view. The room was clean and lovely. I really enjoyed the stay

Better wifi connection but overall it worked perfectly fine once we played with it

Air Conditioning worked well; Room was very clean; Bed was very comfortable.

for $900 for 2 nights, they could have included the breakfast. No ice machine working on the floor, no cold drink in the fridge, especially in Texas ... and it's 110 outside, coming from a plane travel

great location, well appointed for an older hotel

signage to the gym and pool from the north tower, sign says 4th floor, no mention you need to go to the central tower. The pool area and gym are in need of upgrading.
