very clean

parking, didn't like the parking options over the price of the hotel, ended up on the street lucky because of the holiday vehicle was fine and location was safe

Rooms were very nice and clean bathroom had plenty of room, pool and hot tub were nice

I did not realize how expensive valet parking was ($48) and no real other options for parking

The settings

I told you guys on phone that I need to swim at the pool and the pool was not open so I was very unsatisfied cople with the fact that parking is paid

Area

Price difference of almost $50 from when I booked with no explanation. Attempted to remedy with no response from hotel.

Checkin was great and friendly staff

Valet was a little slow and charged $1.00 if you tipped through the ap. Also valet was a separate charge from hotel bill.

Near where I needed to go.

Thermostat was fussy. The room was too cold from air conditioning. When I turned up the temperature, the heat came on. I didn't want heat, just wanted less cold air.

The downtown location.

The elevator wait times were insane. We took the stairs all weekend. We also left our room and came home to find our toilet clogged, which we did not do. The staff quickly fixed and cleaned it, but it was disturbing that it happened while we were gone.

It was so noisy at night. Some people were laughing and talking loudly at midnight making me cannot sleep. I was so mad.

Room was in desperate need of a total refurb. Broken fixtures, badly stained carpets, etc.

Roof top pool. Valletta was nice.

Managers were rude and refuse to actually help their guests with issues. There were drug dealers hanging outside the building after dark. They refused to allow me to have a refund AFTER it was already approved once. Everything there costs money, wifi, etc

It had an amazing view. Nice pillows. The overall quality didn't match what they are trying to portray that it does, but it was still nice. There were a couple great employees, but the ones that weren't made me regret choosing this hotel.

One manager tried to pretend he didn't know how to process my gift card in hopes I would pay for it outright. Then, I had an absolutely horrible encounter with security that I am emailing their corporate office about. Absolutely horrific.

Clean and in a good location

$35 for parking, breakfast not included, and $16 to use their wifi.

Nice room

Front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Wifi $15 a day?

It was very disingenuous of you to not let people know that the pool was not available nor was the restaurant. I would have picked a different place had I known. I essentially paid for features that I couldn't use. Especially frustrating during a heat wav

Great location.

The rooms seemed a bit run down. Furniture looked beat up. Grouting in shower a little grungy. Shower door would not stay closed. Lobby looked fresh end clean but room was run down.

The staff

The shower was leaking, the bed squeaked, toilet was loud & made a humming noise throughout the stay the wash cloths & towels were a dingy white color.

The staff was friendly

Room had a huge stain on carpet,coffe maker was dirty, pillows smelled moldy, used bottle of lotion was left in the bathroom

The room was clean and the view was amazing

No indoor pool

The room was clean and modern. Large bathroom.

Noise from the room next door, the walls must be thing. Also the slamming doors all night long that vibrated my bed. The doors automatically closed and the force/sound was so loud it vibrated my bed. I barely slept.

Located conveniently downtown Columbus.

Only that there are no microwaves in the rooms. There weren't any on my floor even. They were located on the floor above and below me.
