Good location and price was a good value The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good.
I hate sliding barn doors on the bathroom

Room was clean. The pool was nice, the restaurant was nice.
The website stated the rooms were soundproof. Nothing could be further from the truth. We literally heard everything and got very little sleep

Good location
Outdated, our AC broke was fixed and broke again we had two nights of uncomfortable sleep until we finally moved rooms. The carpets and rooms need a good deep cleaning, there we stains all over the carpet, beds were uncomfortable. For $300+ dollars a night it is definitely not worth it.

The shower drained into the middle of the bathroom. Didn’t like that, our feet got wet every time we entered the bathroom

Rooms were clean!
Check in was suppose to be 4 pm. I had to check on status four different times and was finally told I was able to check in after I checked status at 6:30 pm. (No call or text like I was told I'd recieve) My "where my name on the list" to check in was inconsistent each time I checked status. I understand Two sold out nights for a concert but that's not my concern as a patron. We was forced to get ready for our evening in a lobby bathroom.

Lovely chic hotel in right in the middle of downtown Columbus in the heart of it all. Close to so many venues. Bed and pillows and room temp, super comfortable. Nice restaurant on site. Outside pool and hottub also nice add ons for summer vibes.
Parking is extra, way extra $43.00 a night! Which is NOT ADDED ON when paying for room. This was my only negative. So if you paid say 220.00, add 43.00 more per night, making your actual total 263.00.

The staff was phenomenal. the room was very clean. The walk-in shower was perfect for a person with disabilities. The toilet was too low. It was not ADA regulation of 17”. I don’t know if it was even 15”.
The wedding venue that we came for, was at The Columbus Athletic Club. The club was within. a short walking distance.
