Room was clean. Staff was decent.

The pool was cold and reeked of chlorine and was green. Hot tub was out of order as well as the sauna

I loved the rooms and they were beside each other without requesting it. The check in process was very easy. The employees were friendly. The rooms smelled clean. The bathrooms were very clean also.

My friend found a condom wrapper under a dresser. And there was a stain on my sheet and my lamp shade was a little broken. They said breakfast was until 9:30 but they didn't have anything out at 9 am when I came down for breakfast.

Location is excellent. Lots of places as you walk around to have meal. Wonderful stuff.

Smell of puke/poop outside near trash can at the side door of the building.

Towels, cleanliness of my room.

Breakfast gravy was very very salty.

The staff were polite

It was one of the filthiest hotels I’ve ever been too. Our pillow cases hadn’t been washed, or sheets. The pullout sofa bed was broken. The doors into the hotel were broken.

Large comfortable room that was easy to control the temperature.

Indoor pool...

My gf has irregular monthly cycles and started without knowing it at 11:30pm. She woke up and realized what happened and there was some stains on sheets.She called desk and asked for another sheet so she could clean the soiled one, the refused to give us another then kept the $100 deposit for the sheet that would have been cleaned had they just given us another to sleep on...Worst thing they discussed it in front of other people as she checked us out because i was already at work...No Respect or understanding from the staff, just want to keep the deposit...Never would i stay at on of these hotels again...

One staff member was very pleasant. The breakfast was also good. The room was clean.

The gentleman's staff are very rude there were no towels in the room when we got there the housekeeping lady was very rude and I had to call down for towels the swimming pool area was dark the only light in there was over the jacuzzi the pool was murky it was dirty you couldn't see the bottom of the pool for the cloud in it there was no lights over swimming pool at all the ceiling was disgusting the ceiling was dripping water.

The staff members were polite and helpful.

Overall the hotel felt dirty, the non-smoking room we had initially had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke.
