Beautiful hotel! Good amenities!

Not enough staff…but staff there were pleasant & did their best. Very hardworking staff!

This is a wonderfully atmospheric hotel with excellent facilities and the best customer service . When we had a small issue with our room the matter was sorted with speed and generosity and we were very impressed. It’s also in a lovely quiet location with beautiful waterfalls and woods close by. Perfect.

Nothing

We stayed in one of the rooms in a separate building across the street, which was spacious and very comfortable. In the hallway there is a coffee/tea station with fruits, cookies, ice cream, crisps, etc. which is great for a little treat every now and then. Breakfast is made to order and was good, though I'd expect a fresh juice instead of packaged. Staff was polite and friendly.

No dinner/bar options on certain dates. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No hand made espresso based coffee for breakfast

Very nice stay, would recommend to anyone

The last day I was greeted by someone at the hotel that worked there, he complained of noise we were making. I explained to him that the door to the room would slam when leaving or entering. Then he said we were moving furniture, i said to him that the people above us were walking back and forth quite noisily all night. I suggested to him to adjust the room door so it doesn’t slam anymore. Saying that we were moving furniture is absurd.

Location was perfect. We went to Story Land and hiked Mt Washington

The pans were Teflon and were scratched. The owner needs to replace the pans. One was cast iron which was perfect for heating up meatballs and sauce

Great location. Nice amenities. Building with character is refreshing. Love the little things like the water bottles and the pantry, etc.

Rooms a little dated and a little disrepair. Could have been cleaner.

Only negative we stayed in the cottages, there was a wedding Saturday and we had to park at the main hotel because people from the wedding were parked at the cottages.

The hotel is great . Unfortunately they don’t own the villas

Old , outdated villa . Musty, ants, Wi-Fi didn’t work, one shower didn’t work
