In general, it's a very good hotel.

The room was perfect! Dishwasher, washer and dryer, full kitchen, tons of beds to sleep on. So many indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for the kids to choose from. Starbucks in the lobby. This hotel has everything you need without leaving. Including indoor and outdoor bars!

I loved everything about our stay!

The location was perfect. The room was nice. The restaurants had great food. The amenities/pools were wonderful. Staff were friendly. The room was clean. It was a great stay. We will be back.

The site wouldn’t open, the coffee pot didn’t work, and although it was reported a couple of times nothing was ever done about it, ended up having to use coffee bags and making coffee in the microwave

Great location and accommodations. Up dates to our room had been completed professionally providing a polished atmosphere. All staff professionally dressed or in uniform; they were so helpful and constantly working toward the goal of guest satisfaction.

My trip was too short. Would like to have received a bigger discount on our room since it was September-just sayin.

Our room was cozy and nice and everything was clean in our room except some mildew on the bottom of the shower doors. We bought some bleach spray and cleaned that. The property is huge with multiple different places to spend time alone with your family or places where lots of children and families were to be around. The restaurants were great. Their Starbucks was delicious. Which is great bc sometimes you get a Starbucks where the staff doesn't make good tasting coffee that's burnt tasting but this one made excellent coffee. The Crows Nest had very good food and the staff was pleasant and quick to bring our order. They had plenty of carts to carry your luggage and 5 elevators that all worked! The rooms were not all the same. They had different decor and different set ups and I thought that was nice bc the ones I saw had a home like feel to them.

The lazy rivers were very very very slow and there was a lot of mold growing on the bridges to the lazy rivers and the hot tubs were moldy around the outside. It was disgustingly moldy. Not just a little bit. Especially since some bleach would solve the problem. The lazy rivers were also dirty with a little bit of trash in them and some sticks and stuff. They were like this everyday not just once. There was a mold in the shower doors tracks. Which is very easy to clean with bleach so this is why that bothers me. Who ever cleaned our room didn't pay attention to the details. Our bed had a huge hump in it. This hump stuck up like there was a pillow under the sheets but there was not. It was the springs. But the room was clean except for the mold and ice cream in the freezer. And the electricity did not work on the wall with the sink and stove and counter top so we had to use the toaster in the living room lol!

We have stayed here several times and love everything about this hotel! Its always clean, there is so much to do, staff is friendly, food is great, and pool and beach access is just steps away from your door!

Parking can be an issue if the hotel is full. I didnt like that we have to park across the street. Mainly due to other people not parking properly and taking up 2 spaces

Loved the location, and the staff were incredible. The room was spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was beautiful, and the amenities were great. The pools were clean and there was a lot to pick from. This resort is great for children

It seemed like the room was cleaned almost too quickly, as if it had been done using the same washcloth the entire time. The pools were occupied by a lot of people who did not respect any sense of peace (which I know is something the hotel has little control over). People were playing extremely loud music in the pool, which I feel could have been stopped.
