Spacious room, comfortable bed, breakfast in the room

Bathroom water pressure is extremely low.

The staff was outstanding. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location in the French Quarter was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and wine and cheese tasting were lovely treats to look forward to each day.

The A/C in the room was loud and disrupted our sleep a bit, but that is the only complaint. It was too warm to sleep without A/C unfortunately.

The location is fantastic. Nice view of the harbor. Plenty of spaces to be comfortable in the hotel, including a beautiful rooftop area where you can have breakfast or afternoon happy hour. The staff is incredible, very friendly and helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay.

There’s some construction for a new hotel across the street, it was not very impactful to our trip and I’m sure everyone will be happy when it is completed

Good location, spacious rooms

The building is old and probably hasn’t been updated for a long time. The lobby and rooms look very different in the photos. Our greatest concern was the bathroom that was not clean enough, the tiles had mould on them and the faucets were rusty. The hotel does not offer many amenities and thus we found it very overpriced all in all.

Room had good view over local park, fountain and jetty. Wine and cheese in evening was a nice touch. Staff always cheerful and welcoming.

Toilet roll holder was too far away from toilet. Birds on roof were a nuisance.

The room was very clean. Little touches like pillows, light throw blankets, the shower mat was quilted, pens were heavier- not essential but just indicates attention to detail. You order breakfast (varied menu- cereal, quiches, fruits, yogurt parfait, muffins, breads, hardboiled eggs etc)the night before and they BRING it to you (in room, rooftop terraces, lobby/atrium). The lobby has coffee, fruit, juices/water all day. Wine and cheese happy hour, evening milk and cookie hour. Attentive staff- just a wonderful place to stay, right at the pier, nearby prk and pretty water fountains. Walk to shops and restauranta. We loved it...

Continental breakfast was good, But needs more hot options. Parking was a little pricey for guests.

The location is perfect. The amenities at the hotel are above and beyond. Happy hour, breakfast, chocolate chip cookies at 9:00. Wonderful staff!! Can’t wait to go back!!Oh and the rooftop view!!!

HarbourView is an exceptional experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food wine and service is outstanding. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. One of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Looking forward to our next visit!!
