Cons -
- Rude Management. Bait and switch tactics. Ocean side room is overlooking a parking lot on the second floor. It's a timeshare location. You are treated like a second class guest. Timeshare owners are allowed late checkouts so we had to wait. Dated room, stained carpets, junk on hall near room.1 pool was closed for resurfacing. Noisy work being done.
- Check in. We arrived early and were told our room was almost ready. We had to go back and see if our room was ready after the original check in time.
- For the price, I was disappointed with the polls being closed next to our building.

I love Singer Island and your resort was a perfect location.

The location was great.. Only about 10 min from the cruise terminal. There were plenty of stores and restaurants near the resort. The views from the balcony were absolutely breath taking.
Everything was beautiful.

Please close your blackout drapes in all oceanfront villas before 21:00 and refrain from using artificial lighting at the beach after sunset to protect the local wildlife. Parking is available for 3 vehicles per reservation at USD 25 plus tax per day, per vehicle. Please note that asphalt resurfacing work on the parking and driveway areas will be carried out from April 13, 2026 to May 31, 2026. During this time, parking may be limited, and noise can be expected daily between 09:00 and 18:00 while the project is being completed. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
