- I love the apartment style set up of the queen bedroom I had. Very unique!
- The front desk service by Andrew was copper great. He did a good job with getting us checked in, and dealing with a reservation issue we had with Booking.com

- Shower temperature was tepid; there was no conditioner; you could hear every door slam by the staff/guests and everything happening in the gym...and it startled us every time - especially very early in the morning. Space in the room was great, but layout was awkward (tv had to be pulled out to actually view from bed; bathroom sink was next to bed with no door, so turning on the light illuminated the bedroom, and you could hear everything happening, since there was no door; no fan in bathroom). Also, throttling back basic internet bandwidth and charging for decent speed internet - poor form.

The amount of space in the room and amenities like a large refrigerator, kitchenette, bedroom fan, USB/110v on the vanity lights, and dual coffee maker.
