Wyndham Vacation Resorts Royal Garden At Waikiki

Excellent staff. Location was great. Price was awesome.

Does not have airport shuttle included. Parking was too expensive. Rooms are outdated. Need upgrades to ac units and tvs, electronics, etc.

Room was very clean. Staff was great. Hotel was off beaten path which made it quieter. Walking to park and shops in blocks too. Easy to uber around.

Tub was old, patio small.

spacious, clean rooms with kitchenette. shower access if you go to the beach after you’ve checked out. great hotel!

location was far from the main area and beaches so this was an inconvenience. Also no street parking on the area so only choice is valet with the hotel which is very pricey

Room was very clean and specious. It had everything thing we needed to make our vacation memorable.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen area of the room was nice and had everything needed for cooking etc. Balcony space was nice, could have been more thoroughly cleaned but still nice. Pool area was really nice. Courtyard near the pool was beautiful! There’s also a sauna near the pool that was really nice as well. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Just a really nice location and for a great price!

The pool is rather small but still nice. There was a small scorpion in our room the second night we were there. I called the front desk and they sent a really nice gentleman to come help us. It took him a little longer than I wanted, for him to get to the room after I called but he did find it and take it back outside, which I thought was nice that he didn’t kill it. It would be nice if there was a screen to the patio door also. I left our patio door open to catch a breeze and a bird walked in the room! I didn’t have to call anyone to get it out and got it out on my own but the wildlife will intrude into your room. Lol! Concierge sold me a tour of one of their sister locations. I missed the tour and was not able to get my money back for it. So if you book this tour make sure you are able to go because you will not be refunded if you miss it.

We lived on the 22nd floor, with a view of the city! The room is very spacious and clean! Comfortable beds, bed linen and towels in perfect condition.

Our neighbors downstairs were very noisy at night. Periodically, their evenings turn into arguments and then into loud quarrels among themselves!There are no tablets for the dishwasher. The clothes dryer does not work.

How friendly the staff is.

This hotel is relatively good considering its reasonable price. It's close to the downtown Waikiki, and the scenary of the canal is beautiful.

There's no restaurant at this hotel.

Great location. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were very excellent. I stayed great room overlooking the city (on the 24th floor) and the amenities were right on. I was very pleased.

I wasn't too thrilled with the $30 nightly parking charge. I though that it was a bit high.
