Lack of Pillows and towels lost wifi connection

I enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere. I have a one year old and never felt she was being too loud or wasn't safe. The staff were very friendly.

The pool was not available. Breakfast during the week was very limited and I was let down. There wasn't access to table sitting during the day(sit with my toddler and have lunch outside of our room).

Front desk was very professional and accommodating. The bed was firm and had a great night's sleep. The bathroom is more spacious than pictures show and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! It was quiet and I had a comfortable stay

My room did not have carpeting which I understand has benefits for cleanliness and maintenance, but made the floor cold (minor issue). Overall I feel there was exceptional value for the cost of the room.

-Heater was working properly -cigarette butts found on floor in room -dirty towels and wash cloths still in bathroom from previous guest -faucets leaked constantly -wasn¿t given an apology, only told cleaning person would be yelled at

The room reeked of whatever cleanser was used even after our 3rd night Breakfast choices of toast, cereal or waffles are not what should be available. The orange juice was out of order our whole stay and no staff around to tell when coffee ran out

Room was cleaner than expected. Other than a few crumbs on the carpeting, it appeared clean. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable.

Clean, convenient (close to expressway) and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Reasonable room for the price. Highly recommend.

Yes. The whole stay I did not get a key that worked for my room. Every time I needed to get back in my room, I needed to be escorted and let in by a front desk attendant.

hotel employee FRONT DESK GUY WAS AWESOME WITH TELLING US WHERE TO GO AND WHAT TO DO. ALSO BATHROOM WAS SO CLEAN THAT MY WIFE ACTUALLY DECIDED TO TAKE A BATH AND SHE HAS NEVER DONE THAT IN 30 YEARS.

Friendly and attentive staff, very comfortable bed and cozy room. Extremely clean. Huge selection of satellite TV channels. Good variety of breakfast items.

Room was missing bath towels and separate soap bar for bathtub when I checked in.

Had to check out a few hours after check in due to the uncontrolled noise and after complaining nothing was done

Location downtown and to my event.

The front desk employee at check in was training & very polite while her trainer was present. In the evening, the new employee had trashy looking friends/kids in the lobby or outside hanging out, ignored the desk, & ignored my calls to 0 for assistance.

My son got frustrated with trying to connect to the wi-fi; beds were very hard.
