Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark

Location very convenient

Did not know my reservation did not include breakfast

Amenities, pool was warm heated..kids water park

Smoking outside smell coming to our room from the smoking area.. had to walk by it to the car also and have bad allergy to smoke! Beds not too comfortable.

Good place for family. Good water park, big pools, many hot tubs.

On the first floor they have portable restrooms, and smell from it , goes to the pool area and the elevators. Some spots in room is dirty, in corners and under air conditioning layers of dust. Specially dining table is super old and sticky.

All of the amenities

The pools, hot tubs and lazy river was very nice and clean. Liked having food, entertainment and Starbucks at the hotel. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed.

Tried calling the front desk two days in a row and left a message but was unable to contact them. Showers had no water pressure. One of the elevators was down in our building making it a long wait every time going to and from our room.

Good location

We found a couple of roaches in room. The pool area there were some throwing footballs in the pools.

I love the hotel itself, stayed here multiple times. The pool is great, staff was friendly.

We were woken up at 4am by a very loud alarm telling us an emergency has been reported in the building and to get out immediately. Had to sit outside with 4 kids, all small kids, for 30 mins. Said the system tripped and had to wait on firetruck to come so they could reset it so the alarm would stop. Was suppose to be charged $250 for deposit at check out but was charged that amount twice ($500). It wasn't a "bad stay" just very inconvenient dealing with the alarm at 4am and no accommodation for it. Would have been satisfied with half the money for the night giving back or discount on next stay or something.

Location was superb....view from 10th floor was fantastic. Beds very comfortable and room was very clean.. Conveniently situated near many stores and restaurants.

The eating facilities were definitely the low point. An ice shop w 6 flavors with no frills whatsoever. Very limited eating options. Needs major upgrades.
