- They had so many hidden fees, they weren’t willing to accommodate anything, they were super rude when you asked questions. I really paid 65 bucks for valet but they parked the car two seconds away and they wouldn’t let me just park it myself
- Every single thing was upcharged. You want a chair on the beach, upcharge. Want any shade at the beach or pool, upcharge. Oh, and that's after the $60/day mandatory resort fee. Want a late check out? Upcharge of $25 to $300, based on time.
