Pros +
- housekeeping staff were exceptionally good. Room/view excellent
- Hotel is right on the beach
- Beautiful building, clean, friendly staff, services, and amenities.
Cons -
- Other than excellent housekeeping staff, the staff was inattentive to rude and much of the time we and our requests were ignored. Concierge could not answer a simple question. HIGH resort fees. Restaurant service was inattentive, slow and unwelcoming.
- the hotel furnishings are very shabby and worn out, in the guest rooms and in lobby. we booked a king size bed and got a queen. bathrooms are so dark. our room lacked plug ins, we had take turns charging items
- Room we were given was located right on main road and was VERY loud all night with ineffective shutters that still let in a lot of light. Single pane windows offered no sound deadening at all. Room should not even be assigned to guests in current state.
