Review summary
The hotel features spacious and comfortable rooms that are generally clean, with housekeeping receiving positive remarks, though some guests noted that the rooms could benefit from updates. Its location is consistently praised for being superbly situated near shops and attractions, enhancing the overall experience. While the staff is described as friendly and attentive, concerns about noise from the street and high resort fees may affect guests' perceptions of value for money.

The location is great. Right in the heart of Waikiki. The lobby and hallways beautiful.
It could be less expensive but you could say the same thing about all the best hotels in the area.

Great location, beautiful facilities, friendly and helpful staff.
The elevators could be crowded at times with long wait times.

The ocean views from the hotel were simply breathtaking. Gentle breezes rustled through the lush, tropical landscaping, creating a serene atmosphere. Every member of the staff encountered provided exceptional and friendly service. The meticulously maintained courtyard offered a tranquil escape. This hotel provided a truly memorable and luxurious experience.

Location is great
The pool area is sub optimal. Not enough deck chairs for the number of people. The roll away bed at $120 per night is too expensive. The King rooms should have sofa beds.

Location is good but this property is in need of a desperate update. Rooms are old, smelly and tired. Carpets are filthy dirty and look like they’ve been there forever. Definitely not with the money and to top it off you couldn’t even get fresh air into the rooms as all balcony doors are locked due to building happening.
As specified above.

Is a beautiful hotel in a great location
Can add a big table in the bathroom, there is no space to put all our belongings

The property is gorgeous and the location is excellent. Right on the beach, and walking distance to pretty much anything.
The bathroom was really small. Not a lot of counter space. There was no water fountain so we could have fresh drinking water when we wanted.

The hotel is beautiful and in an awesome location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and had good spaces for hanging out and relaxing. Food was also really good though a little pricey.
The current construction was extremely noisy during daytime hours at the pool and beach areas. Unfortunately, it really impacted the experience in taking away from the beauty and serenity. We paid to rent umbrellas on the beach and the noise was really disruptive to our experience.
