Pros +
- Amazing location being right on the beach. Can't ask for better.
- The food and beverage staff, porters and valets were outstanding. I wish i could say the same about the management and security staff.
- Central location, good service, staff who sincerely was interested in us enjoying our stay.
Cons -
- You had to save a pool chair at 6 a.m. in order to be able to sit at the pool at any point in the day unless you didn't go to the pool until after 3:30. Only half the chairs were occupied. The rest had stuff on them as if to just save them.
- There was nothing on there website about construction at this hotel. Monday-Wednesday there was construction RIGHT outside my room(drilling and hammering) ALL afternoon. I could not hear myself think!
- The rooms in the historic section are tiny. For the price, not worth it. We upgraded to a tower room, however, all the balconies are being worked on, so no access to them. Also it was very noisy in this area, and from the elevator.
