DoubleTree by Hilton Billings

Pros +

• First room had a broken door. The second room had a broken fridge, which was replaced , and a bathtub that did not drain. Despite us staying at Hilton for 2 nights and 3 staff members stating someone would fix the tub, it was never fixed Shiwers resulted in standing in a tub of dirty water.
• Dont get the bashing this place gets, but the best hotel in Billings. Right smack in downtown Billings. On 11th floor very clean room and quiet. Breakfast was exceptional
• Property was very lovely, my only complaint is my room smelled of cigarette smoke. I have a very hard time breathing, and it was very hard to sleep.

Cons -

• Broken door, broken fridge. Mon-draining bathtub. Staff stating things would be fixed when they were not. I also did not like that no one said parking was not included, that parking was in some private garage, and that breakfast was in a private restaurant. As well, the breakfast that was possible was thawed frozen, cheap food. This was a terrible Hilton.
• Parking can be difficult to figure.out with all the onenways. But minor
• After almost 2 hours the kitchen could not produce a Cobb salad for me for dinner. The bar tender comped my wine but my dinner consisted of some snack foods that I had in my car.
