- It was cold in the lobby areas
- The fact that I had the hotel hold on to an extra $100 just in case. Also to charge room taxes. A bunch of crooks if you asking me.

Room smelled like cigarettes the hotel staff refused to switch room. Was sick and throwing up from the strong smell of cigarettes.
