Pros +
- (1) Location adjacent to botanical gardens, food, etc. (2) Nice gardens in the hotel itself (3) check in was nice
- Next to botanical gardens. Rooms are good. The landscaping in the hotel property looks promising (we stayed in winter, but I imagine it is beautiful in summer). Front desk was good. Check in provided warm cookies.
- Location, location, location.
Cons -
- (1) fire alarm went off on the first night at 11 pm-12 am and everyone had to evacuate in the cold, because “someone smoked in their room”. No staff was visible until much later, and no explanation was offered unless we asked, no compensation was offered
- Breakfast and dinner was mediocre. Much better options available all around outside the hotel. The gym is way too small and has too little equipment. Pool was not heated to the point of being usable in winter. Fire alarm was set off by someone at night.

Comfortable. modern hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Wonderful restaurant with awesome buffet breakfast.
