Quality Inn - Niagara Falls Blvd

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to everything I was going to.

I did not like the condition of my room. My mirror in my bathroom was broke, there were tiles along the floor by the door that were just kind of hanging out loose, and room had a bad odor. Beds were made and clean though. Wouldn’t stay again!! Deceived.

Nothing. Only reception area is made nice to fool the guests.

Rooms where filthy. Bathroom tub water was accumulating and taking too long to drain. Bathroom tiles where not properly installed. It was making sound and coming off upon stepping on it. The room floor carpet was ripped. Room had dusty light stands.

The parking

Everything. It’s dirty. There was no room service, the breakfast is not what they advertised. The hotel has lots of cracked tiles. There’s nothing pleasant about this hotel.

Very dirty, there were people smoking mariguana. The worst breakfast. I fell not save. Try to change hotel, but it was too late.

The hotel room was very clean and tidy, and the lady who checked me in was extremely friendly and patient—. This is my favorite hotel from this trip.

Price was fair and location was good

One bed stead was stained with what appeared to be blood and there was shampoo, two bottles of conditioner, but no soap provided in the shower or for the sink area

Only good thing was the fact after we told the front desk about everything they did not book us in and let us cancel without charge

It was dirty bed had seeds or something on them

Location

The room which was assigned was terrible only the beds were covered. The room wasn’t cleaned and leftover bottles, alcohol and food (a chicken piece) under the bed. I was with my family. After fighting they changed the room. But very bad experience

Housekeeping dont do a very good job, entering the room one of the beds cover was very dirty, found panty in the shower curtain, and trash on tub, talk to the front and left, when I came back they never change covers...

Cleaniness, and very slow front service

It was not clean, the hallways were all dirty on the two days we were there (we spent one night). As if wiping the floors were not part of a daily cleaning routine. THe shoes were sticking to the ground. The breakfast offer was very poor.

Everything the pictures did not match the hotel itself the pool was filthy without a working filter there was no shower curtain and the toilet seat should have been replaced ten years ago I left after only a couple hours

Hotel breakfast was very poor. Room was clean-ish but not great. It was a place to sleep and thats about it.

i requested for a room clean that never happened.

The room was not clean- there was old toothpaste in the sink and the drain for the tub was clogged.

The beds were comfortable

The room had ants, graffiti on the walls and the internet kept going out. The pool was also out of order the 1st 2 days then when it was open it was dirty. Breakfast was very limited if you even got to it before it was empty. Not even coffee left.

No elevator. Crowded Parking lot was dirty. Bathroom sink handle broken Phone did not work. Very noisy hotel.

Nothing great

The hotel rooms were not clean, floors were sticky. The breakfast area was not managed well , it was messy with food lying all around and one of the waffle makers not working.

Place and staff

Room was not cleaned properly and keys were not working consistently for 2 days stay ai had to get get the keys corrected for 3 times

Not clean, smells of smoke and weed, poorly maintained bathrooms

Just the location as it was close to outlet and falls

Hotel smells really bad. And wasn?t clean at all. There was shortage of staff. The breakfast was included but there wasn?t any options in it
