The Biltmore Hotel Oklahoma

The staff were very nice. They are doing work to it maybe when done it will be nicer.

Mattress very uncomfortable. Sheets were stained. Smelled of cannabis.

Friendly staff, great water pressure in shower

Dirty floors (crumbs on carpet), burnt holes in bedding, smelled old and musty in room, had to walk through a water leak in one of the main hallways

Nothing. No elevator. Missing ceiling tiles in hallways. No flat-screen TV.Very old & outdated. I didn't let my wife out of the car. I'm waiting on my refund now.

Everything! I didn't feel like it was safe & clean enough.

The staff were all very friendly.

1. No A/C in the room the entire stay. Miserably hot. 2. No hot water from the bathroom sink, but hot water from bathtub worked good. 3. The TV wouldn't turn on. 4. Deposit info on website is incorrect, made check-in unnecessarily awkward.

I didn't like anything except for leaving. The police were at the room next door beating on it all day. I had 2 people walk right into my room because the staff gave them my room due to my stay not even being shown in the system.

The police beating on the next door, a crazy lady screaming about her dog, 2 separate guests being given keys to my room an walking in on me because they were given my room. I tried to leave an get my money back an they flat wouldn't give it

The hotel was cheap and it was fairly clean. Staff was helpful. There was access to the pool.

The room stench was like the sheets were soiled with cigarette smoke There were few electrical outlets all of which were slack. The tv was really difficult to watch as it was a big back tv with a very small screen. Upon checking out, there were fights

Hallway flooded with what I can only hope to be poop water and the smell is everywhere, also really loved the ¿unique¿ characters that just walk around the building? Didn¿t even try to sleep, they can keep the money.

The beds were nice

Room was dirty. Construction began next door at 8 am. Deposit required. Neighborhood was bad. Pool was closed

Bathroom was a mess. Heater didn’t work. Crackheads in the hallway calling people witches. Lock on door didn’t work

the staff was helpful and friendly

smell of smoke and mj everywhere. Sketchy people wandering the parking lots and obvious drug deals going down. Too scary for us.

It was close to my business

Rude staff, dirty room and lots of strange people wondering outside.

Staff allowed me to check in hours before check-in time. Pleased to have more amenities than expected. Nice and firm bed. My room was cleaner than expected, especially after seeing the room other family had in another part of hotel.

One lamp did not work, even after asking for another light bulb, making the room a bit dark. Refrigerator seemed to get too cold, freezing things even after adjusting setting. To use microwave, I had to unplug refrigerator which used an extention cord.

The staff were friendly & prompt to help with problems.

Well the a/c did not ever get the room comfortable until 5-6am the next morning. It was very warm.

It was cheap.

It smelled, there were bums right outside the doors of the lobby, and other strange people wondering around the parking lot at night. You pay for what you get. None of the pools were open at 8 like all the signs said. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was dirty the lobby and hallways reeked of smoke. My daughter and I felt unsafe on the premesis. We stayed in our room long enough to search for a new place To stay

LEAVING WAS THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE

Smelled like a crack house,and none of the power outlets in the room worked, had to hit the tv to make it work and the shower was missing peices from the ceiling leaving exposed wires right by the water..HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY

Conveniently located.

Stained walls, mildewed bathroom tiles, ant infestation. (pictures available)

The location in regards to everything we wanted to go to was the only positive thing about this place.

The first room AC didnt work-requested a different room. That ones didnt work either but just stayed put. Whirlpool wasn''t working & was scared to go outside after dark.

The hotel and the room were clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
