It looked to be nice until I checked in that took 25 minutes because the clerk was busy messing with the printer . Then at check out they charged me two times for my therapitic animal. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all !
They were rude at check out and no maid service the whole week I was there had to get my own towels and took out the trash

Staff allowed me to check in hours before check-in time. Pleased to have more amenities than expected. Nice and firm bed. My room was cleaner than expected, especially after seeing the room other family had in another part of hotel.
One lamp did not work, even after asking for another light bulb, making the room a bit dark. Refrigerator seemed to get too cold, freezing things even after adjusting setting. To use microwave, I had to unplug refrigerator which used an extention cord.

Great location near by all we needed. No noises.
The pictures of the room on line didn't match at all the room we got, was very old furniture the old smell was disturbing plus the carpet smell, heard that they have new renovated rooms but not giving to every one, hope this weekend we will get new room.

Very clean. Well worth the money. 3 pools and a hot tub, as well as work out room- it was great.

the location was good and the parking lot
Well! The front desk was more worried about taking your money then what you needed for your stay. Then get to the room And it was no heat.. called the front desk and they sent maintenance then said that the hotel has a boiler room and it was turned off. .

The rooms are big and love the beds they are so comfortable.
The only thing I think they could do different is make parking lot a little bigger.
