Hotel Garni Rheinpark Rees I mit Restaurant Chi Mi ab 2027

I had to stay one night in the area and this was the best find. Staff in evening during check in was very friendly and welcoming. I left early morning so I did not get to enjoy the surroundings, but at a glance it looked fantastic on the Rhein river. If in the area and in need of an overnight, I would definitely stay here.

The room was great and I liked that we could add breakfast. The location right on the river was also very nice.

The food was good but not outstanding.

A Wonderful Escapade Endless possibilities for refreshing walks surrounded by the lovely Rhine and activities just steps from the hotel. Rooms are well oriented and staff are warm and friendly. Nadi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. Just a super stay!

Under “Amenities”. Bookings.Com stated “Air Conditioning” but the hotel said they don’t have it. Misleading and false advertising on your part.

The location, directly on the Rhine, is excellent. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and well prepared, but it was far too expensive. The room was clean and well equipped, but it was on the ground floor with windows that opened directly onto the parking lot. Being allowed to park our bicycles in the underground garage was very good.

The WiFi Internet access was a complete disaster. The signal was so weak that it was impossible to connect in our room, and even after connecting in the lobby (the staff recommendation to "solve" this problem), the connection was dropped by the time we got back to the room, so it was still unusable. Also, WiFi security is ridiculous, the password (which is pointlessly complex and difficult to read) is printed on the key card holder you are given when you check in. These are obviously made in very large quantities, so the password is seldom if ever changed, and the cards have had months or years to circulate

A little dated but clean and we had a view of the river. Beds were clean and comfortable

Restaurant is jut awful, food was oversalted, fat and overpriced and staff are not freindly. Deeply breathing when another table was asked. Breakfast just ok.

The hotel was well priced, rooms were big and comfy, views over the river were excellent. The hotel in general was well maintained and clean, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there.

The town is boring. It's in the middle of the countryside and there's not much life there. It's probably great for retired people looking for peace and quiet, but there's not much in the way of tourism appeal unless you go to Dusseldorf. The hotel didn't really have any negatives.

the fact we had to ask after 3 days why the rooms were not cleaned, even after we hadnt put the sign up to not clean, the only thing on the door was the dartboards€16 per person per day for breakfast

Location along the Rhine, comfortable room and bed, refrig, patio restaurant overlooking Rhine, secure bike storage, balcony, close to town.

Air conditioning would have been nice…room very hot.

Easy view from outside parking spot into bottom floor room, a translucent curtain additional to the very useful light-tight one would solve this.
