- The staff was very friendly. I was able to check in early. Check out was a breeze. The morning coffee was piping hot. The fresh fruit was excellent. I needed walking directions, and the front desk staff was patient and helpful.
- we really enjoyed our time there. We went to a Vikings game and stayed there a couple daysThe staff are super welcoming and nice Had a pretty big spread for breakfast. It was good. We ended up in a room that was going to be renovated in the next month, so there were some things wrong, but it was very comfortable and lots of space

- The hot water in the shower took a little while to come up. Not a big issue...I let the front desk employee know and I'm sure she was going to have it addressed
