- It?s so open and beautiful. There?s lots to do there.
- The hotel and location were great.
- Close to XCARET parks, beach pool very nice !
Cons -
- They didn?t ask for tips but everyone seemed like they wanted to be tipped
- When we got there the service was horrible, we had to pay extra for our 2 kids, When I had purchased the room I requested 2 adults and 2 kids and when we got to hotel they refused to give us room until we paid an extra 800.00 US dollars. Horrible.
- food was average, not that great. fatty meat pork, napkins old dirty, furniture restaurants wore down. hotel needs renovation for sure.

The hotel and location were great.

Close to XCARET parks, beach pool very nice !

Beautiful venue, love the natural wildlife and agriculture. A wow factor upon arrival in the lobby.
Expected higher level liquor options. Bars limited hours, had to walk around resort to access a drink. Our room not cleaned 2 days in a row and even after notifying front desk the first time. Push for timeshare several times. Food just ok. Staff just ok.
