Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel

Quick check in, spacious room and convenient location

There was taco bell left in the drawer from the 15 th of August and I stayed there on the 23rd, there was no soap in the bathroom Location I chose to go to. They booked me at a totally different location 45 minutes from where I was supposed to stay

Staff was friendly, lobby was nice

Pillows were terrible, TV did not work well at all. Breakfast was expensive and not very good.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Excellent place. My family enjoy the pool And thing. We are local and stayed here a few times in the past. Pool is nice and environment ambient is quiet and good.

I did not like the fact that the whole floor is wet in the room on the ground floor due to condensation and humidity. We had to use slippers or flip-flops to walk in the room

Location and comfortable beds and bedding.

Toilet was quirky, took a long time to flush.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Great location and beautiful lobby and rooms. Very clean and modern. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the breakfast or the bar, but we will next time for sure! Will definitely be back!!

The only negative was a slight damp/musty smell in our room.

Hotel was conveniently located for our needs. Room was quiet and very private as the view was a nice small wooded area.

For a Sheraton there were a few things that seemed somewhat ¿worn¿. Windows were old, pillows were flat, and overall decor not quite what we¿ve experienced in other Sheratons. The temp in the room was way too warm and couldn¿t be lowered due to ¿win

It was very clean and the room was furnished/decorated nicely. Given that the halls are open I was worried there would be a lot of echo from activity in the lobby, but it was pretty quiet as well.

I was travelling with a disabled dog and it was difficult to access our floor with how the stairwells and elevator are laid out. The stairs closest to our room would lead to outside, but not the lobby. Some floors required a room key, some didn't.

The room and location were excellent. I got a room on the top floor since almost nobody was staying in the hotel in the winter.

The front desk employees were not wearing a mask! I was shocked to see the employees not wearing a mask since Minnesota is the epi-center of Covid-19 now (Dec, 2021).

Beautiful public area, Clean well-apportioned rooms, amazingly warm and helpful staff.

The desk clerk who checked us in was wonderful -- he had a regular comedy routine! We have stayed here before, and every time the hotel has been perfect. Room, public areas, staff, even other guests (including many dogs!).

Faucet handle on sink was not working properly

The best thing for me is the location. It's close to the senior apartment complex my mother lives in and to great shopping and dining. The bed was amazing! Very comfy with soft and poofy bedding. Lastly, the staff was also very Minnesota nice.

The bed and bed linings were clean and comfortable.

You could hear anyone in the pool through the room. I was woken up early , horrible grab and go breakfast.
