I had the best night sleep. Idk what kind of mattress and pillows I slept on but it was great.

Definitely need to update the rooms and do some remodeling. Pool tiles were dangerously loose.and Lord please fix the elevators

Only one working lift, Lot of dust in room. No bathroom slippers or mats. Limited towels outdated coffee maker, old refrigerator

The staff were super polite

The room is in serious need of repair. The TV screen was etched and there was damage on the outlets.

The staff was amazing! They were friendly, kind, and authentic.

Desperate need for renovation! Lamps were rusted. Stain on the carpet. Unusual smell. Not offensive but bold. Seriously dated. Quite disappointed with this Hilton property.

The location was near many things nearby, so it made it convenient for eating and ahopping

I thought that the rooms would be better, more spacious, and the main bummer was breakfast was not included

I liked the overall location of the hotel, the parking was very convenient. Hotel employee at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I think the room furnishing could be upgraded (blackout curtains/blinds), the TV in the room need to be updated (picture too dark)

Staff, room, location was great. The lack of hot water that evening was disappointing.

There was no hot water in the shower that evening. Couldn't bathe.

The hotel needs upgrades bad! My first room had dust and rust and smelled like it was sitting empty for months. The second room had a broke iron, wall plugs that did not work, rust and a shower that needed to be renovated. The pool was also dirty.

The elevators were loud making it difficult to sleep. The elevator got stuck¿I had to get off and walk the stairs. The parking lot was shady and someone was being arrested right in front of the hotel.

Location

No air, mold in the showers, the toilet overflowed and bodily fluids were left in vinyl desk chair. Unvacuumed floors. Just down right unsanitary. Management is aware which makes it worst. I took pictures as well

This hotel has fallen into disrepair. It was saddening to see how badly this hotel has declined since the last time I visited several years ago. Front desk employees were not friendly or welcoming. Noise and drug-smoking in room next to us.

The room was clean and such large space and the shower was glass and very clean. The staff was so helpful and always spoke when you returned

The first room assigned the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Went down to the front desk to request another room and he wanted to send a maintenance guy up to fix it¿my wife said heck NO give us another room! !! (Pathetic) will not return.

Very poor customer care. Environmentall issues big time. This Hilton is a 2.0 hotel at best¿¿

The night manager got us a cleaner and more functional room. However, it¿s not what I expected from a Hilton Hotel.

Hilton needs to remodel or sell this property. Very run down.

I like the location the best It is located directly off the beltway and a quick drive to interest points.

I didn't like that I wasn't able to use my rewards number because I booked through a third-party vendor.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was greeted kindly every day of my stay. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this location to everyone.

There were not enough available luggage carts. I had multiple suitcases and other needed bulky items and there were no available carts to place them on to get them from my vehicle to the hotel room or desk. Need more luggage carts.

Nothing it was disgusting and they even switched our room and we got bed bug bites. It was awful.

Everything was terrible

The hotel is getting dated. It needs a refresh. We were there under a boil water notice. That's not the hotel's fault, but it was undoubtedly inconvenient.
