It's close to the airport and there are good restaurants around it.

The pool experience was not the best. The door access to the pool was broken. The key card kept getting disconfigured.

The hotel is clean and close to the airport with free breakfast and free shuttle.

AC WAS VERY LOUD COULDN'T SLEEP WELL

Beds: the mattress had memory foam, very comfortable!

The airport shuttle never showed up @ arrival. We called & waited 45 mins. , then hired a local shuttle. It took that shuttle 5 minutes! When reported, the Hotel staff gaves us attitude and never apologized! We made 1hour to reach a hotel 3km away!

The room was so dated and even though they said they are remodeling the hotel, it wasn't very clean. Specially around the toilet area. The towels are falling apart and the curtain in the shower is so short that it didn't stay inside the shower area, causing water to go everywhere.

unfortunately, there was a flight delayed unrelated to my travel. When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait about 2 hours to get into the room,. Although my room was paid and booked I had to stand outside in a line raining for añl the other people to be processed. Please trsin your staff for booked and unbooked lines to get your room.

I like the location and the rooms

They change the breakfast menu and don’t have the good variety they used to have. I guess they had to cut back on some items.

Staff was courteous and professional. Hotel was clean and accommodating. Breakfast was great.
