The location was good
The beds were very hard!! Woke up with back pains both morning. Our elevator and room keys were deactivated 3x prior to check out. We had to regain access after breakfast. Something was left in the room when going down to check out. We had regain access again. It was very frustrating

It was steps away from Canal and Bourbon St ! Great location
Smelled slightly of mold in the hallways, no ice machine on our floor, one microwave on the third floor.

I found some hairs in the bathroom even though it has been cleaned. It made me feel bad.

The location of this hotel was perfect, it was very clean and the rooms/bed was confortably. We would deffinately stay here again.
I am a bit confused looking back at some of the previous reviews. I dont understand why all the bad reviews. For the money paid the hotel was 'perfect' for our needs.

Very slow lifts . Checking in was slow and although we had prepaid the payment was taken again

Nice hotel with a great location but not really friendly or oriented to customer needs
A family of 3 adults stayed for 3 nights in a room for 4. First night no tapestry towel, second night no third towel. We called to front desk and they said they will be sending the towel but it didn’t happen. Third night towels OK but one of the dirty ones was on the floor making feel the room wasn’t cleaned.

The location is excellent! Everything is in walking distance! It’s quite and nice for stay with kids.
