Aqua Beach Inn

The beds were comfortable. The location was the best seat in the house! Our 6th floor ocean front view was my favorite part of the trip. The Strand was amazing. This place is weekly kept secret. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly and welcoming. The location put in walking distance of Everything Beach,Food and Fun I came for Sky wheel. It was Fantastic.Looking forward to our next visit.

The water pressure was off. Repairs were being made

Price, location and view were amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was definitely a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

I did unplug the blow dryer as the plug was cracked and broken, having just experienced my home burning down I am very aware and cautious...

Dequan and the other men staff (Forgot names but one was with housekeeping, I think ?) made it a VERY PLEASANT stay which made their customer service and attitude off the charts (Great)...Fantastic location!!! We barely drove cause sooooooo much was in walking range. Fantastic view from balcony especially the view of the beach and sooooooo much entertainment... I LOVED IT? ? ? ?!!! The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was really nice. When housekeeping finally cleaned the room, they provided dynamic service.. ? The pool was the perfect feet, length and size to really enjoy ?....For The Most Part, it was really good!!!I will return my stay and recommend this hotel to plenty others. Thank you for making my "first time" in Myrtle Beach ⛱️ such a pleasant stay!!!? ? ? ? out of 5!!!

There's plenty room for "staff" improvement, though!!!The front desk FEMALE attitude was a little disappointing ?. I was afraid to ask her anything... She appeared to be angry ? and frustrated mostly everytime I saw her. The shower head had very little pressure which was disappointing ?. We request for more pressure but maintenance replaced the wrong thing and we were still left with low pressure. We didn't have a phone in the room even after we requested for one the day after we got there. We stayed 5 days without a phone. Housekeeping only cleaned our room twice throughout the entire vacation. The Jacuzzi was broken throughout the entire stay which was very disappointing!!! ? But that's life. Things happen!!!Yeah, there were some bumps of disappointment but here's a situation when The GOOD outweighed the bad!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Aqua Inn. The location was absolutely perfect — super convenient and close to everything I wanted to do in Myrtle Beach. I loved having a balcony to relax on, and the AC kept the room nice and cool after long days in the sun. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was practical, comfortable, clean and had friendly staff. It is definitely worth the price. Next time I’m in Myrtle Beach, I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

Only one elevators and the doors to the stairs was James so it wouldn’t open.

Its was across the street from the beach close to a lot of shopping and attractions. A majority of the staff was kind and attempted to help us to the best ability. The room was pretty clean.They offered to send maintenance up and switch our room the night before we left because our shower didn't work. They really did try to justify the shower not working.

We had no water pressure. Couldn't even take a shower. The guy who checked us in was EXTREMELY rude. We also didn't see that we had to pay $150 security deposit upon check in which I have never had to pay at any other hotel in the past. And we travel about twice a year. Usually hotels just keep your card on file just in case of damages.We also was a little bummed about the kitchenette. We were planning on using it, but there were hardly any dishes to cook/eat with. For example, we had a handful of pots & pans but only a cooking spoon to cook with.

Excellent staff and excellent location. If you want to be close to a really nice and accessible part of the beach, close to the boardwalk/touristy shops/ attractions/food, then this spot is perfect. It's honestly even a great distance from some of the spots known moreso to the locals. Rooms and facilities were also nice and clean enough to be comfortable and enjoyable, but maybe the not the grandest quality if you are a traveler that likes a lot of downtime in their hotel room or have really high expectations for a place. For us that really only need a decently comfy and clean room to get ready in and to sleep in, it was perfect. Also a great place if you like to be in the more central hubbub of a place, it was fun being able to look out and see what was going on in the streets, at the beach, and surround restaurants. And even though it's a pretty central location the building had pretty good sound proofing. Of course you can still hear really loud music (which the area was pretty good about being quiet after 10/11pm anyways) and the occasional scream from the nearby boardwalks bungee ride, but that would only bother those you need absolute peace and quiet.

Biggest downside was how loud the AC unit in our room would get (every now and then, it would create this loud wind blowing noise that was kinda annoying), but all in all if that was the biggest issue then there wasn't really anything wrong and that could've just been the unit in our room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. As the reviews say, it's dated. But the value is great!! Loved having connecting doors to our friends!

The last room on the end of the building is very hot. You have to turn the ac down to 65 to get any respite. We had 3 rooms, one had almost no supplies in it. No phone, no forks, no standing mirror. But the other two had them all.

Very clean rooms. The location is so perfect for beach and Boardwalk access. I needed a handicap parking spot; the entire staff went out of their way for me. They gave me a cone to use when I left, that held my parking spot for me. These guys take the cake when it comes to guest experience and making sure each guest is comfortable.

I wish they would put a broom in each room.
