Pros +
- Location to UO and downtown
- The staff was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and the facility was clean and inviting.
- The staff was amazing and accommodating when we wanted to upgrade our room to a family suite. Everything was clean and perfect!
Cons -
- The electric outlet between the beds was not working, and there was no available extension cord. It's pretty inconvenient but manageable.
- Nothing.
- I use a wheelchair. I was in town for cancer surgery. I had requested a handicap accessible room due to bathroom needs. Not given accessible room. Toilet was the old standard height of 14-16". Transfer from chair to seat was beyond difficult. I had requested a shower chair at check in. Clerk acknowledged my request, but no chair ever came. Bed was so high I had to sleep on the couch because I couldn't reach it. Switched to Candlewood Suites, who accommodated me last minute and simply upgraded me to room that suited my needs, at regular price. Holiday Inn, however, offered nothing for my inconvenience. CS definitely has any future business.
