Beautiful lobby, lots of character and activity. Great place to have drinks and people watch.

Kind and friendly staff, beautiful room and view of lake/city, wonderfully appointed throughout the entire hotel—loved the artwork and chatting with the artist in residence

Blu—loud, poorly staffed, poor quality appetizers; did not feel like it was even part of this otherwise beautiful, charming, and classic hotel. View however was spectacular!

Very CLEAN & not stuffy. Some 4 star hotels lean toward 5, some lean toward 3- this is a top tier 4 star hotel. Enjoy the pool with a city view.

Elegant historic hotel with great pride in its lineage. Great location and friendly staff. The pool was wonderful for the teen agers.

The room I was in did not match the sq footage on the description or the pictures. I think I was put in a different room because there was two wedding parties booked there that night. I was offered a credit for breakfast but it didn't make up for it.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Visited over Christmas and the hotel was decorated wonderfully.

ROOM WAS TIRED AND WORN. THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN WITH HAIRS FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST IN THE SINK. OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT WHAT ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM THE PFISTER.

Went down stairs have a drink n litter dinner set there 29 minutes went unnoticed until went. To the bar and complained I no I¿m dark skined black male

Lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff is attentive, friendly, and cares about the guest experience.

Did not live up to reputation. Bedding had holes, toilet and mini-fridge were dirty. Front desk helped me change rooms, but the second one had not been dusted and bedding also had holes. Gym equipment had food on it. Please invest in your cleaning staff.

Historic charm and welcome by front desk representative. Arrived early and was allowed access to room.

Cost of parking

Pfister is beautful, located right in the middle of all my appts, valet parking made check-in easy. And the food was wonderful.

I always prefer china cups to paper, the coffee tastes better. Slight dust probably only I would notice, since I am allergic. Also some mold on the bottom of attach points of safety bars around tub.

The staff was the best. Their camaraderie and care showed. Well appointed and clean room.

It's a lovely and historic building with lots of character and the staff from front of the house to the bartenders, maids, and concierge were all incredibly friendly and helpful. food in the cafe was terrific

I am being picky here but I thought the pool was over chlorinated and I was disappointed there was neither a steam room nor sauna or hottub

I thought our room was very nice.

I did not like the room service, we requested a bucket of ice and a microwave and it never came so we contacted a manager.

There are many cleanliness protocols so I felt safe. The place was quiet but had a moderate stream of guests coming and going. The bed was superb. Checkin and out was easy. The staff was very helpful.

The in-room dining menu was a bit limited at the time of our visit. We would have liked more dinner options.

Elegant. The room was gorgeous and the amenities within the hotel made it the perfect stay for our anniversary. Staff was very professional and friendly. They made us feel welcome and special.

The rooms were dark and a little spooky
