Location, bed and pillows were excellent and the on-site restaurant was beautiful.

The room did not have enough lighting. I found it to be very dark. There was also very little storage for my clothes.

Front desk staff was super slow. The first room she assigned had unpleasant odor from bathroom and we need to request to change the room. Then, we had to wait for a long time again. I booked King room with balcony but didn’t get the room with balcony.

Not a lot. The best is most likely convenience to downtown Jackson.

The room was NOT cleaned during stay. No facial soap available, no new box of Kleenex when the current box was empty, coffee urn in lobby empty at 7 a.m., dirty towels were not replaced resulting in a lack of towels. Cleaning was not remedied.

I found it very disgusting when the front desk agent made the moment when I asked where the spa was and he replied are you going to get a happy ending

It was convenient and in a lovely setting with the ski facilities right across the street. The hotel was clean and classy. The rooms had everything you could ask for.

Great mountain vibe and location. Hot tub and heated pool.

Maids talking non stop outside the room.

The location was great to downtown and Grand Teton National Park.

HIDDEN FEES: It was not clearly and immediately noted that additional resort fee of $40/day apply when completing reservations. Too late to cancel when notified upon check-in, otherwise a different hotel would be chosen. Noisy elevator shares room walls.

The staff was amazing. Food at their restaurant was GREAT! There were so many activities available to do right at our hotel, we were always busy.

The hotel felt very commercial for the small town feel of Jackson. We also booked a mountain view room but did not have a mountain view room, the paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling.

Yes , there was over a foot of hair in my tub drain . An inch of dust on my vent fan . I have pictures. I addressed it with the front desk . They asked me to email them the pics. I also told them I left it in the tub for the cleaning crew. Over a week

Convenient location

No coffee cups. Freezer solid ice and frost. Had not been defrosted for years to be as full of ice and frost as it was. Front desk staff not only not friendly but rude .

Expensive and even with a resort fee resort activities had an extra cost.

It was comfortable and hand sanitizer stations were abound helping us feel more safe in our travels.

Check in rep could have been nicer. She wasn't "awful" though.

Floor of bedroom area needed to be vacuumed. The hallway light did not work.

I love the location and the room was very clean and modern.

I could hear some noisy travelers through the walls. I didn't know the hair dryer was hidden in a black bag on the shelf until it was time to leave. No microwave, but I heard that may be because of Covid??

Front desk not friendly, the room and the lobby are not clean. When we arrived at our room the floor was not vacuumed and my toddler found popcorn on the floor, the bathroom vent covered with dust.

We checked in to our hotel and were told that the rooms were over sold so we got upgraded to a condo. It was fantastic, the staff was excellent and the stay was so much fun. Thank you
