- Not a lot. The best is most likely convenience to downtown Jackson.
- Very clean and spacious room. Nice location.
Cons -
- Front desk staff was super slow. The first room she assigned had unpleasant odor from bathroom and we need to request to change the room. Then, we had to wait for a long time again. I booked King room with balcony but didn’t get the room with balcony.
- The room was NOT cleaned during stay. No facial soap available, no new box of Kleenex when the current box was empty, coffee urn in lobby empty at 7 a.m., dirty towels were not replaced resulting in a lack of towels. Cleaning was not remedied.
- I found it very disgusting when the front desk agent made the moment when I asked where the spa was and he replied are you going to get a happy ending
