This was our last stop of our trip and for the price my worst of the stays. The location is it's #1 asset.Staff did not seem upbeat or even happy to be there. The room was submarginal and not a clean as one would expect. I spotted stains on our pillow cases. The shower head and flow had issues and the door to the bathroom itself would get stuck half way and had to be opened with force. The pool was having some kind of issues keeping clean and had a lot of dead flies around it. Hot tub jets were not working. UGH! I mean we paid a lot for this location, which also included "Resort Fees" which I have issues with. Just doesn't seem right when they can't even maintain a clean and functioning pool.
See above.Cleanliness, Price, Resort fees.

I enjoyed the location. It was very walkable when going into town. The lobby, pool and hot tub area nice and inviting.
The outside cushions were a bit worn and some missing. We stayed for 3 days and not once did anyone come in to offer new towels, make the bed or take our trash. Grand Teton view advertised with booking.com but not what we were given.

The staff and service at the restaurant were always courteous and helpful. The whirlpool wasn’t working, and request for help had no follow-up.Pricing was high for off-season (end of September. Beautiful hotel and large rooms.
Notes above.

The location was great! Near the cute town that’s there! Neat restaurant!
Bed was ok, pillows were too fluffy, room was decent, a little overpriced but you’re centrally located to everything. Staff was super accommodating and friendly!

The location was excellent. We walked to town every day. There was also a free shuttle which we took one evening when it was raining. Plenty of parking. Pool and hot tub were nice. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.
We requested our room be cleaned but no one ever came. I requested it repeatedly and was always told our room was on the list but no one ever showed up. When we (family of four for a full week's stay) eventually ran out of toilet paper, I had to go to the front desk to request it. I found this rather frustrating but we survived.
