Marriott's Harbour Lake

Very family friendly, attention to detail with decor. Did to sacrifice design and decor/cleanliness for family friendliness

Given it's location more on site dining options would be helpful.

Property was beautiful and staff was very nice. Room was very clean and beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was excellent.

I loved the location. Mostly the proximity to all the parks. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was really nice. And the amenities were amazing! We had a great time and will definitely be returning.

I would’ve like checkout to be later than 10am.

Loved both pools, so much for families to do, great pool side food and great bar tenders! Kids had a blast, adults were able to relax, so many activities all day. liked the mini golf, waterslide. Was very close to seaworld, walgreens starbucks panera.

It seemed a little dated compared to other vacation properties we have stayed.

It was a very great comfortable enough space for all staying in the room.I LOVED the Jacuzzi area.... was outstanding!!!! had your own little pod to enjoy personal conversations. Never saw something like this.... Definitely promote that picture of your facility!!! Was beautiful seeing it from my room!!

We didn't spend any time or use of the facilities such as food and drink or games was because it was cold during our stay so was a bummer that we had to eat or drink or do the games outside ... we could not take our food or drink to our room.so during summer that is great but during January not good as weather is not guaranteed to be warm.If during winter months if you could so some simple enclosure and heaters to keep us more comfortable that would be great.

Location was good, room was clean and staff was very friendly. We had no tomroubke walking to get dinner by the pool. It was a short walk.

We wish there was inside dining for dinner. Besides that there was nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect and met our needs.

Range of activities for kids. Rooms were nice and well proportioned. Staff were friendly. Hot tubs were hot and pool was warm. Everything was clean.

The splash pad was out of commission while we were there. The bathrooms had old hardware and toilet seats that were off kilter. The sales pitch to join Marriott Vacation Club started fine but then moved to a hard sell and we ended up spending almost three hours between the pitch, transportation, and waiting around.

Welcome at the gate each time. It felt safe. For family groups it is perfect - activities non-stop and child friendly slides etc. It was nice to stroll around the complex that was packed with things to do Inc table tennis and mini golf.

We only got cleaned once in 3 days and they left no coffee. When we rang to ask for it, we felt like we were asking for a huge favour from the reaction and expectation if a tip for bringing it. They changed $75 for car parking which I think is excessive and it was an unexpected and unwelcome surprise.
