We love this place. Super clean - both the premises and the rooms. Friendly staff. Great Location. Restaurants on the property with good food. Activities for everyone. Highly recommend.
Paying $25/day for parking. That's ridiculous.

Comfortable bed. Clean room
Not for a solo traveler with no car. I requested a room in main building weeks before. When I got there they said they could not fill my request and they put me in a building far away from main pool. Had to walk or get shuttle. Wifi was horrible first day. Whenever I tried to call an extentsion on phone a chatbot would redirect me to wrong number then hang up.

The location is nice.
As a Bonvoy Gold Elite member staying over 25 days, I expected a higher standard of service—but was unfortunately disappointed. Housekeeping was unreliable, often missing our scheduled cleanings even after reminders. In some cases, staff placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign themselves and used it to skip service. At one point, it took 5 days for our room to be cleaned.One distressing incident involved my infant making noise late at night. Within 17 minutes of the first warning, a second security rep came, followed shortly by the night manager and two others. In front of my wife and children, they used a threatening tone, saying they would call the police and evict us—despite us already addressing the issue. It felt excessive and hostile, especially for a family resort.There was also a lack of transparency with billing. The hotel attempted to charge a canceled card for parking without informing me. Despite agreeing to settle it later that evening, they locked us out of the room to force payment—while still holding a $250 deposit.Additionally, the main pool was often unclean.This property has potential, but the lack of professionalism, empathy, and clear communication—especially toward loyal members—is something I hope management addresses seriously.

Location is great, rooms always clean and beds comfortable, lots of amenities
They now charge for parking which I didn’t find out until I got there. $25 a night and there was nothing even available I had to keep parking in guest parking for registration. Because of this I wouldn’t stay again and I’ve been coming for years.

During this time our tennis, pickleball and basketball courts will be completely closed.
