- The room smelled musty/ mold. Toliet leaked.
- Slow elevators and only one per building, when traveling with children hard to always use the stairs with stroller to go to 5th story. Definitely should be separate service elevator for staff.

Friendly, not hovering. Clean, amenities like sauna at pool a big plus. Hot Tubs are large. Repairs in room are made quick.
