- The size of the hotel, the cleanliness and well kept landscaping, the pools were beautiful
- Friendly, not hovering. Clean, amenities like sauna at pool a big plus. Hot Tubs are large. Repairs in room are made quick.
Cons -
- The room smelled musty/ mold. Toliet leaked.
- Slow elevators and only one per building, when traveling with children hard to always use the stairs with stroller to go to 5th story. Definitely should be separate service elevator for staff.

Our room was very clean and spacious, lots of activities for families on the resort, very friendly staff.

On-site parking is available for $30 plus tax per day. A renovation project of the sports complex will take place from Apr 20-May 24, 2026. During this time our tennis, pickleball and basketball courts will be completely closed.
