great location
no shampoo or conditioner in my room and the blowdryer did not work, which I did not realize until I had already gotten in the shower. There was no time to rectify before I had to be ready for my job (reason for the trip), so I had to go with wet knotted hair. Great staff totally fixed this problem when reported later that day and even comped a drink while I waited for housekeeping to help. All staff was lovely... I just wish it had been checked initially.

Really gorgeous hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was a noisy running toilet in the room, but we were able to move rooms right away.

Location was nice in that it is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Hotel itself has a lot of nice amenities and is very nice inside. Very spacious room and large bathroom.
Entrance from parking lot after hours is quite a walk. Room looked very nice at first, but could use some TLC and the TV was pretty small for a large room.

The hotel is beautiful and very well renovated. Our room was great and the meals we had in the restaurant were also very good. The location near the Adler was also very convenient..

Fabulous hotel!! Comfortable bed and pillows! Spacious rooms. Great evening security measures. Bowling alley in the hotel!
AC would only go to 65, so room was warmer than we'd like.

The hotel was exquisite. Top notch. We loved the conveience of the Adler Theatre being connected. It made it easy to walk over to see the show.
