Never caring. Straight faced. I don’t have free breakfast in my booking. I was hoping I had. Just because it’s best season that shouldn’t stop them from doing their actual work

Great staff

Make sure you get the room you paid for. If you pay for beach front, make sure you get beach front. I paid $----/night for beach front, and they put me in a beach view type room. The staff eventually got me what I paid for after several conversations.

Great location with well kept tropical grounds with view Oceanside. Close to shopping and steps from two nice beaches. Staff was great and very accommodating

Room was dirty/had issues with tub and sink draining/lights didn¿t work properly/foul smell. I also got sick 3 times from beating at resort restaurants.

Perfectly situated in Wailea, near the coastline walk/jog path w/ absolutely breathtaking views. Resort and staff went above and beyond to make our stay noteworthy!

Ocean view with a patio and a quick walk to a wonderful beach.

It was a long walk with luggage up and down stairs to our room.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Kids loved it. Would suggest getting Hale 6 or 7. Lots of fun and would go back.

Its not directly on the beach but its very close. Some of the staff were not the most helpful but overall it was amazing.

Location was fantastic. Pools were great. Atmosphere and decorations at Christmas were also well done.

Food/Restaurants were extremely overpriced. Went to Humble restaurant for breakfast Christmas day. The buffet was low quality for the price - even taking into consideration the high prices in the area. Definitely needs some work.

Took over an hour to get a microwave sent up, even though the front desk told me 15 minutes. We were almost late checking out due to this. We rushed through eating our breakfast because of that

We loved the location and ambiance. The buildings are lower in height and spread out amongst lovely pools or grassy areas, making the resort feel smaller and less crowded. The restaurant was lovely for dinner. Hotel sits on along the beach walkway.

It was actually pretty calm with few other tourists around, so it was nice to have the hotel to ourselves...sort of! Just not many kids around. The slides were awesome, the best on the island. The food by the pool was great. The beach right in front.

The main restaurant is very pricy.

The experience was top notch: friendly check-in (with leis and a stuffed animal and wooden bead necklace for our toddler), nice pools, well-maintained grounds, picturesque views. Rooms have nice luxe feel with nice countertops.

Room was great, but 4.5 stars, I was surprised that the balcony chairs were somewhat tattered and 2 long black hairs on the floor of the balcony. Otherwise, A+ room. The cushions on the swing by the Aloha sign were also very stained.

Location was great as walking distance to Wailea shops and resort is well maintained.

Only thing that I would have liked is a microwave in the room.

I loved their Luau. It was so energetic and different. Extremely interactive. The hotel was overall beautiful, wish we had been able to spend more time there and explore.
