- Nothing. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth the moment I tried to check in.

- I booked my room back on September 26, 2025. The night before my stay I get a confirmation email, and the same the morning of my reservation, I get a confirmation message from the Hyatt Regency. When I show up at the hotel I am told they do not have a reservation in my name. I am forces to pay a higher rate for a basic room vs. the two queen room I had booked 4 months prior.
