- Staff are amazing! Fantastic service.
- Besides a convenient location by the Hauptbahnhof, the staff (particularly at the front desk) were extremely cheerful and helpful. If we are ever in Koln again, we definitely will look at staying here.
Cons -

- Substantial wifi problems. But the staff solved it with temporary hotspot cards from T-mobile.
- The rooms that are not currently remodeled weâ≢re definitely not a type of room that we would stay in.

The newly remodeled rooms were absolutely superb.The rooms were beautifully decorated,The woodwork was amazing, and the bed was absolutely heavenly. The customer service at this hotel absolutely upheld the five star standard!
