Location and style of the rooms.

Shutters and seating needs to be upgraded.

It was average, not what we expected. The room was waterfront and we enjoyed the view. Otherwise ok TV was not worth watching, too many channels, with not much good programing. Complicated tuning.

the indoor hot tub was not working when we went in, but someone called mgm and they came a fixed it. The hot tub was too hot (103) degrees in a small room with a pool. It stopped and started several times. We left. want stay there again.

Pools and tiki bar. Also walk right onto the beach.

For what we paid I expected the room to be nicer. Paint peeling and carpet coming up by closets. The stairway was disgusting. The hallways leading to the rooms and elevator waiting areas were aweful. Not enough carts to bring our stuff in and out!!!

Location, multiple pools, easy beach access

Suite needs to be updated but it was clean. Wallpaper peeling off, old bathroom fixtures, shelving @ kitchenette needs to be fixed (replaced), uncomfortable beds. Only got 3 out of 4 towels 2nd day. Right around corner from ice machine. Slow elevators.

Room cleanliness, pools, atmosphere, arcade, gym all were nice

Took 35 minutes to get an elevator to get off my floor. They need to revamp elevator system or add a bridge between towers for when elevators shut down.

Its the best hotel on the beach. easy to find and excellent location. pools are awesome!

Yes there was this sealant around the balcony door that was melting and my 18 month old daughter got into it and we requested the msds for the sealant and was not given the sheet that explains how toxic it is to people. Are room was not changed.

The view from the balcony was amazing.

The hotel is old and everything looks worn. It just has an overall unclean feeling about it, which has nothing to do with the hardworking cleaning staff.The room showed age (was a renovated room), sheets were dingy, carpet stained and safe was broken.

Great location on the beach. The suite was small, but the layout maximized space and was certainly acceptable. Balcony was nice and large enough to enjoy. Great to have a small kitchenette. Parking was convenient and seemed secure.

Kitchen utensils were unavailable or missing (should always have a bottle opener and spatula). Sometimes hard to use the busy elevator, but not a deal breaker.

I didn?t like I had to figure the hot levels of the water..the dial is not set correctly

Staff and location were outstanding

The beds were separated from the common area.
