- The confusion about my reservation. I booked 2 rooms by mistake and did not get a full refund for the 2nd room i booked by mistake and was charged for one night for a room I did not stay in.
- Me and my son (who has the same name) room was cancelled, but still charged my card. I?ve been back and forth with the front desk to fix this. He left on Saturday I was leaving on Sunday. Whoever at the front desk signed me out instead of him.
