    Pros +

    • You can't beat being right on the beach, especially this one, which is pristine and perfect for swimming. We loved watching people stroll back and forth in the calm, shallow water in front of the hotel from our balcony. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated, and there were nice amenities provided. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and informative. The deck chair area was very comfortable and included a clean bathroom and outdoor shower, which is very convenient if you want to go for a swim after checking out and before leaving the area. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of choices.
    • There is a beautiful sea right in front and easy access from the terrace. This could help us a lot for my child!Everyone is so kind and helpful.
    • Friendly staff even prior our stay through e-mail conversation. Room was clean and cleaned thoroughly the next day. The staff did their best to help us out where they could.

    Cons -

    • Our room was very small and difficult to navigate once we put our suitcases inside—we kept bumping into things. The walls of the hotel were very thin. We could hear all the activity of the people in the other rooms. A couple in a room next to ours stayed up until 3:00 in the morning making noise, and when we spotted them on their balcony and asked them to lower their volume, they continued to make noise inside their room (talking, using their hair dryer, walking around, bumping into things, opening and closing the doors). I'm sure if we had asked the staff to speak to them, they would have helped, but who wants to deal with that at 3:00am? The location of the hotel, while lovely with its private entrance to the beach, was at least a 15 minute walk to any other restaurants, so you feel a bit obligated to eat at the hotel's restaurant, which is quite expensive compared to others in the area. If you want to use the deck chair, you need to reserve them, and they sell out very quickly as the public can reserve them too. All of the nice features of the hotel (the terrace restaurant, the breakfast, the deck chairs), can add quite a bit to your bill. But again, it's amazing to be able to walk right into the water from the terrace.
    • There is no fridge in the room and the walls are pretty thin.
    • Their parking lot holds 4/5 cars max. even though they state they have private parking where reservations can't be made the area is too smal for the size hotel it is. We were only able to park there one night. We booked a (expensive) room with sea view. The room was very small (as some reviews already state). Sliding window doors gave acces to a small patio, however attached to the patio is their terrace where people eat and drink and after that is the sea (they call this terrace acces which it definitely is but it leaves zero privacy). So either people on the terrace look into your room whilst having the curtains open or keep the curtains closed for privacy without a view. The hotel sent a sample photo taken from the room they listed us in but this happened to be far from reality. The room was next to the kitchen, lots of kitchen noise up to around mid-night. Our kids couldn't sleep and we left a night earlier loosing quite a bit of money however that was our own decision. Breakfast quality was good however the little amount of various choices of food that was offered is questionable.

    Location. Food. Cleanliness

Small deck for the size of hotel (20 rooms) plus all the people who come in for lunch and can also reserve sun loungers. We were there for 3 days and all 3 days we didn’t have enough loungers.

Great location, with great views. The staff too was extremely helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our time at Hotel Bor and would come back

The room had an amazing view with a very spacious balcony but the room itself was too small and the toilet area was tiny . The AC also was not functioning properly. Apart from these we enjoyed our stay as we spent most of our time outside and on the beach anyway

The hotel located at the sea

The weather, (nothing the hotel can do about it of course), but it was stormy weather at arrival and the wind was making a big noise via the corridor into my room. The next day we still had heavy rain. The roof of the breakfast area was leaking rain water, so didn't enjoy the breakfast so much.

Perfect location, nice boutique hotel with a modern design. Breakfast is really good. Nice balcony with a sea view. Generous and kind staf.

Poor wifi that does not work. The room is very small with no mini bar or fridge.

Best beach hotel in Hyeres and close to the port where the shops are.

Team Bor is kind, welcoming, attentive and they’ll do every to make your stay as confortable as possible.

very nice view drinking coffee in the morning. view on a calm sea.

    very standard room. nothing special.

    9ViktorPosted on: 10-10-2022

Location is great - first line with private beach and nice sun loungers. Restaurant with short but tasty menu. Hyeres port with many decent restaurants in walking distance.

I didn't care to take a room with sea view. My recommendation: Don't safe on the room! The ones with sea view are really bigger, brighter and calmer. The rooms o the side are smallish and dark.

    10NicolePosted on: 10-4-2022

The room was nice and clean, with view to the sea side - lovely! The staff was very friendly, the bed comfy and the breakfast good.Only a few minutes walk to the port and restaurants.

Very clean and modern but compact room in a hotel by the beach. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

The room is quite small and there’s nowhere to eg dry your towel after a day on the beach. The hotel’s own beach is a collection of pebbles and they charge you to use it which is a shame. No beach towel provided.

    uncomfortable bed. service was slow

Staff are friendly and courteous… garden area is amazing!

Seagulls! Rooms on ground floor are noisy at night with cleaning / Delphi stacking @6am in preparation for breakfast etc
