The cleanness

My room had no fridge or microwave front desk lady was rude

I do think the hotel could be cleaner. A soap tray would be nice for soap and extra trash bags. We dont like people in our room so having extra bags would be nice that we could leave outside the room to be picked up.

Nothing pet friendly dog pissed fat pig manager throw us out never made it to the hotel room

The room was large, nice, and clean. Although, our room backed to elevators.

The pool was overly packed to the point if someone drowned, no one would know. Extremely overpriced!!!!

Did not understand check out. Granddaughter helped me with process. Parking garage was shaking underfoot a bit scary. Free parking for rooms was unclear and leaving parking lot was confusing. I ended up paying $15. When I did have to.

All 3 mirrors were dirty as well as the bathroom door, dusty bathroom, dirty shower walls and mold in the grout, walls dirty. Front desk staff seemed grumpy

My room was not clean as it should have been. There was dust clumps on night stand, multiple rusted fixtures throughout the room, ripped furniture. The refrigerator was not working. But the worst of all, there was growing black mold on the shower faucet.

Clean and well maintained room.

Hotel location is inconvenient. Hotel parking inconvenient. Lobby and casino smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. Disorganized check in process. Hotel elevators dirty and graffiti on doors. Definitely not an "upscale" or luxury experience. Overpriced.

I have stayed at Harrah's AC at least 10x Its a very clean hotel with enough to do inside to keep you occupied.

Checknin needs tonbe smoother reguardless of if its with service desk or the machines.

Over rated! Short Pool hours, extra additional charges (resort fee) on check out, not worth the price!

Hotel employee at check out were outstanding.

Crowed pool, didnt get to use it. Room view was terrible, view of a dirty wall.

The shops and stores make it optional to leave the building.

The VOD is a rip off. I had to move rooms because of a strong odor of marijuana. The pools close too early, Most stores aren’t open during the weekdays no night entertainment. Also swat team stormed the building mid day guns pointed at people.

On checking in I was told I had to pay a $50 deposit that was refundable,Priceline did not tell me this. Second we had to walk quite far to the elevators to get to the room... then the room had a weird small and the ac unit was covered an inch in dust....

The pool club area, was the best maintained!

Resort does not deserve (4 star) rating. The room and facilities lacked any cleanliness , obvious it’s been neglected for days. Resort staff, lack any empathy CS training. Mold in room, cheese in fridge, king suite reserved weeks given double, *sold out*

it did have a nice view, and the room was clean

there was an hr wait to check in, and they charged my $68 for "resirt fee", and $15 for parking. Also the casino was too hot, they really need to turn on the ac.
