Barcelo Sants

No amenity refills each day, we were there for six nights, out of four nights we had to request for all amenities which they supposed to refill. On the last night, house keepers didn’t even take the old towels out n replace any fresh towels. Unbelievable!

Location is excellent . Room had a great view.

Long wait to check in . Staff did not know as much about the train station as I expected .

Hotel is located right above the train and metro station, so it is really easy to get there from the airport and it is also a good base point for city exploration. The room was nice and clean, we had hair dryer, iron, and kettle.

A little noise from the outside (air conditioning probable) - issue specific for our room. Our double bed was just two separeted beds.

The shower was practically in the room and the toilet was in a closet..

Excellent location as part of the Barcelona Sants station. Brreakfast was the standard hotel buffet. Superb views of the city from our 5th floor room. Very well appointed contemporary bedroom with huge bed.

Only a limited choice of bar food in the evening rather than a proper restaurant.

This is a repeat visit and I'm sure I'll stay again. The proximity to the railway station is the top plus point. Literally on top of Barcelona Sants Station. Ideal for late night arrivals and early morning departures if you are travelling by train.

Again. The mood lighting is a bit of a stretch for old eyes. One bright lamp in the room would help.

I like the position, easy to reach from the airport and well connected to the public transport.I also like the area, not too far away from the center but not too close either..once can breathe the true life of Barcelona just wandering in the streets around.Personnel are extremely friendly and helpful.

We booked an upper floor with city view, but this time the view was not towards the sea and the sagrada familia.It should be made clear in the booking interface

Excellent Location. Very systematic.

Initially they allocated us a double room even after requesting for a twin room but then upon complaining, they changed.

The room, location, fabulous breakfast, very clean throughout, very helpful staff, and individual control for the air con !

Really good breakfast. Fresh and incredible choice of really healthy options. We were upgraded which made our day! Having experienced the breakfast I will always book that again it was so good. So convenient for a train stopover from London to Valencia (or further south)

Room a little gloomy...

Rooms are big and nicely designed. Automatic window shutter is a plus. 24hrs reception was very kind and we could check in at 2am after landing in the airport.

A bit dusty in some areas of the room. Common areas and breakfast restaurant are functional but not particularly nice.

Not clean enough. Inside cabinets and under sink were towels are kept was dusty and dirty ( marks on the inside of the cabinet wall. )

1. Didn't like the pillow, a bit too high for my head2. Staff wasn't friendly. It was transaction. They didn't bother to ask if I prefer single or double bed. When they gave me double and I went down to request for single, they coldly said, I didn't put in the request with booking.com. The consolation was despite the excuse, the made the change for me3. No kettle in the room4. No shower curtain result in water splashes out of the shower area

The hotel had a cool space theme that my family loved! We got two adjoining rooms so the size was very comfortable. The hotel is literally next to the train station so although it is not in the city central, it is very accessible. The hotel is also in a cool neighborhood and there was a cool and huge park that our children enjoyed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast! My kids loved the design and the arcade games :)

Industrial and busy on the outside.

Very modern and clean.

Difficulty finding entrance because we arrived by foot and came through building work. This was not the hotel’s fault though.

Check in was good, breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The room was small. Although it is in a cute space theme it is still a small room with cramped space considering the price for the room.

Getting charged twice for one night doesn't sit right. Room was very nice though with a neat design.

We got charged twice for the same night and was told it was a non-refundable booking when it was the hotel's link that wasn't working for us to pay. We originally spent over two hours on the phone with various people who never could get it straight, which ended up costing us over $60 in out of country phone charges. Still not fixed. We were told at check-in that we needed to call the hotel back again the next day and try to speak to a manager, who would decide whether we would get a refund or not for one of the charges. Not pleased at all with this part of things.

It was a great location and a great breakfast with all you can eat. Great Fresh food every day. Great location with access to the public transportation to move around the city.
