- Location is excellent . Room had a great view.
- Very friendly assistant Manager with personal attention.

Cons -
- Long wait to check in . Staff did not know as much about the train station as I expected .
- Long que due to event at check-in.
- Very busy area with the train, bus and subway stations below the hotel.
