Pros +

• Great biew over the lake, friendly staff. Con own ent location
• The room was clean.
• I love that it's right on the lake and that the restaurant has windows facing the lake. I liked the comfy bed and pillows.

Cons -

• Found blood in our sheets and they wouldn’t move us rooms or give us a discount
• Did not get the lake side room I reserved. Had to ask twice for the breakfast coupons I paid for. The front desk lady was rude and not helpful at all.
• At breakfast, it seemed they were short on staff cause no one greeted us and so we just sat ourselves down. Then we waited a while for the waiter. She never brought us water the first morning. She was nice but seemed busy or not around much. The second morning, I asked for no cheese in my omelet due to an allergy and I got an omelet with cheese but they fixed it when I brought it to her attention.We had an issue the second day with our key cards as they did not work once we got back to our room on the 4th floor so we had to go all the way back down to the lobby to get it fixed and they didn't give us an explanation for what happened.
