- The pool, the gym and the exercise classes
- Great accommodating staff, literally around the corner from Brussels-Luxembourg train station. For leisure travel somewhat of a walk to Grand palace and tourist sites but not that far. Very nice staff and hotel.

- Customer service was not great. Arrived early & was told my room was not available. My friend who checked in at the same time was given a room immediately. Within 5 minutes, I asked again if early check in was available and were assigned a room.
