Cons -
- Room 1007 has no heat or air. The wall and main room units did not work, and it was freezing outside. The room was so cold.
- Limited parking and bathroom plug was super loose
- Was lacking hot water in bathroom sink

The staff was fantastic. The room was great and a great view.

This hotel is a VERY pleasant surprise. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly, it's centrally located downtown in an area that is gentrifying but very safe to walk to. There was a farmers market on a block away on the Saturday i was there that I stumbled over. A new ice cream shop with homemade ice cream is two blocks away and the best ice cream I've ever had. It's called Buzzed Bull Creamery and it's expensive but worth every penny. A funky gallery featuring 80 hometown artists is a few steps down. The only negative is there was no publiclty at the hotel about the farmers market etc. so perhaps the local vendors need to go introduce themselves to the staff and drop off flyers. Mattress was high quality, sheets high quality, rooms clean, staff fantastic, just a great experience.
Breakfast buffet woudl be nice but was not available and of course, no parking.
