Quality Inn Jacksonville near Little Rock Air Force Base

Good location

The smell in one of the rooms was overwhelming. An air freshener was put in the A/C vents and the room smelled like cleaner. To the point of not being able to stay in the room. It gave me a terrible headache. I had to sleep in the other room we had booked.

I like the price and cleanliness of the room. Location is Great!

The ice machine is very slow. Very little come out at a time. Every time I tried day, or night it was slow. Breakfast could be better

Me & my boys were going from hotel to hotel trying to find somewhere comfortable to stay until we found an apartment. We went through 2 hotels until we got to this one, and we have been here ever since! I’ve never seen one bug on the inside of this property! Not even an ant! I love that, because I hate bugs. This property is super clean! I don’t sit on toilet seats at all, but I do here. I walk around without socks on & feel as if I’m right at home. They always allow us to get our same room, which helps with consistency & stability for my children. I love it here. I’ve spent close to 1K at this property , if not more and every stay was PERFECT! Everyday I came in to fresh towels, & clean properly made beds. Housekeeping really does an EXCELLENT job staying on top of things. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else here in Jacksonville. To top it off, their breakfast is really good! They have a waffle maker, yogurt, three different kinds of cereal, fruits, muffins, etc. They have so many different options and I love that, especially with my kids being picky eaters. The staff at the front desk make me feel welcome EVERY time I book our room. They go over everything I need to know every time I book as if it’s my first time booking & I love that! To sum it up, they have a washer and dryer. It’s $2 to wash & $2 to dry and that’s a deal compared to the laundromat! On top of that, if you need quarters to wash and dry they have them at the front desk! I can’t thank this hotel enough for being patient with us and treating us with such love and care along our journey here! My boys and have finally been approved for our apartment & we move in Tuesday! Thank You, Thank you, Thank You!! Quality Inn for making our homeless days feel not so homeless!! Everything about this property is a 10/10 for me!!

Very clean and convenient location. Staff was extremely nice.

The hot water didn’t stay hot very long. Our AC in our room didn’t get very cold and left it feeling damp. The breakfast was a let down and the juice dispenser was broke and would only pour water but wasn’t marked as broke.

Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Good price and easy location for Little Rock AFB. Room had a fridge and microwave.

The cheets and bed covers each had a hole in them. Owners should replace the bed linens. Breakfast options were a bit slim but OK. Didn't choose it for the breakfast.

The location was great ! Very close to all food, walmart, and our event location.

The place is so dirty, the non smoking facility was in fact a smoking facility. We had smoke literally coming through our walls. We requested a new room, but they were booked so employee offered to air out the room upstairs bc its smoking and probably getting in our room. The room also smelled of bug spray. The toilet in the bathroo.was broken, the microwave was dirty, rhe fridge didn't work, the beds were fulls and not queens like we had reserved. The bed covers were nasty and it was just an all around Uncomfortable stay for us.

It was a great location and friendly staff!
