Good location

Breakfast was good and the attendants were outstanding, super helpful and very friendly. The room was large, beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and pool concept was a selling point

The pool/hot tub room was overwhelming with chlorine, pool had a green hint of color to it and the chlorine burnt our eyes horribly. Sad that the room was unbearable to be in.

Breakfast was good. Location met our needs.

The carpet in the room felt damp and the room smelled like old wet carpet. The air conditioner was loud.

The pancake maker was broke. The location is great.

Staff. They "lost" one of our rsvp. I had to call booking.com to get a conf #, then all of a sudden the second rsvp mysteriously "popped" up. The young female who checked us in was very rude.

The beds at Holiday Inn Express are always the best. The bathroom was clean, well lite, and a good supply of towels, soap, and shampoo. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked.

The nightclub next door was playing music outside that gradually increased in volume until at 1:00 AM it was rattling the windows.

Nice location on the west side of town,safe,nicely lit parking. Bathroom was super clean. Evening staff were super friendly.Have stayed here 3 other times with zero complaints.

Spa&hot tub out of service.Room looked really clean, desk, end tables and tv dresser all had sticky spills on them. Breakfast was awful, no flavor, canned low quality products. Morning staff couldn't care less during check out.

The staff was energetic and polite

The COVID precautions breakfast was pretty bad. Plus, it was mostly all carbs and sugar. Very little protein. Only thing I was able to eat without hesitation was the hard boiled eggs. Also, my mattress wasn’t very supportive. Seemed broken down and in need of replacement.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was clean and we felt safe.

Pool was too cold. Free breakfast did not have very many healthy options.

the room's shower did not work. notified front desk personnel and was just told "OK"....no effort to make it better or even say sorry

The room appeared to be clean. The room was very cool when we walked in which was nice considering it was very hot outside. The hotel was very clean. However, the website said did NOT state their pool was not open. I was very disappointed.

I did NOT like that the website did not state that the pool and hot tub would not be open until August. If I would have know , I would have chosen a different hotel. I have arthritis in my knees and was looking forward to the pool. Dead bug in shower.
