The lady in the office was helpful in meeting our needs for parking, possible late arrival and assisting when the cable was not working properly in our room.

The only suggestion I would make would be better lighting and signage marking where to turn into the motel and making the motel sign visible at night. We almost missed the place to turn in.

No hot water, staff rude

Practical - met my needs for an overnight stop.

Close to Hiway.

Winter weather and Heater in room didn’t work. Brought in 3 different little heater fans till one worked to warm up the room. 3 mouse traps were obviously there for a reason. Lamp by bed was short circuiting so had to turn it off.

The location was good. We didn't have breakfast.

I felt it could've been cleaner. Tub could've been scrubbed better. Light should be cleaned free of bugs. Carpet needs shampooing.

Room 34 was outdated and smelled like stale dog urine upon arrival.

The check in staff member was friendly, and they were able to accommodate a room switch to a room with 2 double beds.

We switched rooms after the first night because the sofa bed was uncomfortable for my son, and we had to take the top sheet off because it was dirty and had food stuck on it. The second room was much smaller, had multiple mouse traps, and the water in the bath tub didn't work at all, so my son couldn't shower after his football game.

Lots of bugs crawling inside the bed sheets while you're sleeping.Its disgusting and we collected them and left it on top of the table.

I just love an old road side motel! It looked and smelled clean when I arrived and the linens were fresh and cozy. The charm of the older but well maintained furnishings make it feel warm and homey. AC works well.

The tub surrounding could use a recaulking. It prevented me from having a good long bath. Otherwise it's a great spot!

Better door locks. Air conditioner wasn't very well regulatable. Freezinng all night. Flys, insects flying all over from coming in door. Kind of a seedy" motel. Very dated

Comfortable, fairly clean & accessible. Parking right outside your door. Snacks & drinks available at the office.

Window sills were pretty dirty, although hidden behind the blinds. Generally looking a little dated.

It was the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen. Amazing staff their night shift lady was so nice, and we had a tire problem she stayed for us. She also treated my daughter like a princess….. we will stay here. Every time we pass through.
