- Cockroach (1 3/4 " long) greeted us as we walked into the room. I killed it with my wife's shoe. Even on 8th floor it had a large amount of road noise.

- Absolutely. The lack of honesty and inability to fulfill promises such as a rollaway bed, towels, and pillows that never came and cleanliness.
