- The man who checked us in the day, we arrived was very kind and nice
- I didn't like anything about this hotel. The guy at the front counter was so beyond rude it was ridiculous.

- Dirty and breakfast lacked items before the closing time. The person serving the breakfast needed more help.
- The man who was storming into my bedroom at 8:30 in the morning, insisting that I was checked out on his computer was rude and unprofessional
- Upon going to check in they claimed there a $200 deposit, that's double the cost of the room!

It was a convenient location close to my job
I did not know that the deposit was $200 until I checked in. When I checked in the lady informed me the tv in my room was broken and didn't offer me a different room or a discount. So she knew the TV did not work before I got there to check in.
