- Has always been a fabulous place to stay while visiting Charleston
- Location and cleanliness of our room. Wait staff in bar and restaurant area were very friendly and happy to wait on us.
- Eveeything, very elegant, great bed and shower, pool was perfect

- Front desk staff could be more friendly and helpful. Had one very "happy to wait on you"experience when checking out. Otherwise, they just didn't live up to a 5 star customer service experience.
