Location and cleanliness of our room. Wait staff in bar and restaurant area were very friendly and happy to wait on us.
Front desk staff could be more friendly and helpful. Had one very "happy to wait on you"experience when checking out. Otherwise, they just didn't live up to a 5 star customer service experience.
